chore(ide): 添加IDEA项目配置文件

- 创建 .gitignore 文件忽略 IDEA 相关配置目录
- 添加 learn.iml 模块配置文件
- 配置 misc.xml 中的项目根管理器设置
- 设置 modules.xml 项目模块管理配置
- 添加 vcs.xml 版本控制系统映射配置
